Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of ideaForge Technology, Orient Abrasive, Windlas Biotech, Kalyan Jewellers Ind and Avalon Technologies, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:40AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 30.4 points to 19466.9 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Bombay Metrics Suppl, Rachana Infrastructu, Bohra Industries, Goldstar Power and Kshitij Polyline, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 15 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 34 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Titan Company, HDFC Life, SBI Life, Bharti Airtel and RIL were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, IndusInd Bank, Power Grid, Adani Ports SEZ and Bajaj Finance traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 92.67 points down at 65692.97 at 10:40AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Gems and Jewellery, Learning & Education, Leather and Sugar sectors, while selling was visible in Real Estate, Trading, Irrigation & Allied Services, FMCG and IT - Hardware sectors.
