Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Zen Tech, Binani Ind, AB Infrabuild, Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd. and Tarmat Ltd, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 111.0 points down at 17043.3 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Arham Technologies Ltd., Agarwal Float Glass India Ltd., KN Agri Resources Ltd., Allied Digital and Rama Phosphates, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 11 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Titan Company, Bharti Airtel, L&T and SBI Life were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, M&M, TCS and Bajaj Finance ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 337.66 points down at 57900.19.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Beverages - Alcoholic, Holding Company, Gems and Jewellery and Logistics sectors, while selling was witnessed in Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Media & Entertainment and Shipping sectors during the day.
