Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of DC Infotech, Tips Films Ltd., AXISCADES Engineeri, Jindal Poly Investm and Axis Bank, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 12.35 points up at 17576.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Delhivery Ltd., JohnsonCtrls Hitachi, Optiemus Infra, Policy Bazaar and Nureca Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 19 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank, HUL and SBI Life were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Adani Ports SEZ, Divis Labs and UPL ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 104.25 points up at 59307.15.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Banks, IT - Hardware and Electric/Electronics sectors, while selling was witnessed in NBFC, Learning & Education, Glass, Miscellaneous and IT Enabled Services sectors during the day.
