Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Brand Concepts L, Servotech Power Syst, Saksoft Ltd, Sonu Infratech Ltd. and HSIL, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 88.55 points down at 17629.8 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Jakharia Fabric, Hind Oil Expl, KCK Industries Ltd., FutureLifestyleFash and Kopran Ltd, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 22 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Titan Company, HUL, Asian Paints, Eicher Motors and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers during the day, while Power Grid, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Coal India Ltd and HDFC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 337.06 points down at 59119.72.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Glass, Retail, Gems and Jewellery and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Defence, Metals - Ferrous, NBFC, Miscellaneous and IT Enabled Services sectors during the day.
