Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

LE Travenues Techno, Quality Power Electr, Gujarat Apollo, Parag Milk Foods and Aegis Vopak Terminal, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

Nifty moved in a tight range of 82 points, and ended slightly below the psychologically crucial level of 15,700.
NEW DELHI: Shares of LE Travenues Techno, Quality Power Electr, Gujarat Apollo, Parag Milk Foods and Aegis Vopak Terminal, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 100.6 points down at 25111.45 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as HDB Financial Servic, Shriram EPC(PP), R K Swamy, BDR Buildcon and IndInfravit Trust, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 19 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Consumer, Tata Steel, Hindalco, Trent and Titan Company were among top gainers during the day, while Tech Mahindra, IndusInd Bank, Infosys, SBI Life and HCL Tech ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 375.24 points down at 82259.24.

Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Apparels and Logistics sectors, while selling was witnessed in Industrial Consumables, Airlines, Construction, Defence and Trading sectors during the day.
