Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Neuland Labs, Kirloskar Bros., De Nora India, Atam Valves and Naga Dhunseri Group, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 18.1 points down at 18297.0 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as A G Universal, Jakharia Fabric, Vasa Retail & Overse, Accuracy Shipping and Cineline India, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 27 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Asian Paints, HUL, Adani Ports SEZ and NTPC were among top gainers during the day, while Dr. Reddys, L&T, Hindalco, Divis Labs and JSW Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 35.68 points down at 61904.52.

Traders piled up positions in Irrigation & Allied Services, Telecommunications, Cables, Building Materials and Leather sectors, while selling was witnessed in Construction, Media & Entertainment, Metals - Non Ferrous, Tobacco and Miscellaneous sectors during the day.
