Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

NEW DELHI: Vision Corp(Rs. 9939056 crore), Refnol Resins(Rs. 9916183 crore), Dolfin Rubbers(Rs. 9892810 crore), Halder Venture(Rs. 9887185 crore), Valson Ind(Rs. 9876272 crore), Sri Ramakrishna(Rs. 9863679 crore), Winsome Brewer(Rs. 9808546 crore), Sulabh Engineer(Rs. 9769978 crore), SVC Industries(Rs. 9710740 crore) and Lakshmi Auto(Rs. 9683985 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 47.55 points up at 19444.0, while BSE Sensex rose 213.27 points to 65433.3.

In the Nifty index, Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 2.42 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 2.32 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 1.56 per cent), State Bank of India(up 1.48 per cent) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 1.45 per cent) stood among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Adani Enterprises Ltd.(down 6.22 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 3.37 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 1.22 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(down 1.08 per cent) and Tata Motors Ltd.(down 1.02 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
