Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 1487.23 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 896.20 crore), Infosys(Rs. 546.07 crore), Zomato Ltd.(Rs. 533.23 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 353.57 crore), Navin Fluorine(Rs. 300.76 crore), TCS(Rs. 263.02 crore), Vedanta (Rs. 260.56 crore), SRF(Rs. 247.51 crore) and Bandhan Bank(Rs. 239.35 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:05AM in Monday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 131.7 points down at 16587.75, while BSE Sensex was down 455.72 points at 55616.51 as of 11:05AM(IST)on July 25.

In the Nifty index, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 1.77 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 1.44 per cent), UPL Ltd.(up 0.99 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 0.94 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 0.62 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 3.68 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 2.42 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.97 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd.(down 1.89 per cent) and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.70 per cent) were among the top losers.
