Bullish on Subros, Pricol, Bosch and Wabco: Deven Choksey

In a chat with ET Now, Deven Choksey, MD, KR Choksey Securities, shares his view on auto space. Excerpts:

ET Now: The last few days we have been treated to some spectacular gains for stocks on the auto component space, anything that you like here, not a Motherson Sumi or a Bharat Forge type variety of stocks, some of the midsized or the small cap names which could potentially be multibaggers here on?

Deven Choksey: The potential remains high with Subros for sure. I do not know the price at this point of time but the fact remains that they have already built in the capacity and given the kind of a business condition in which the passenger car vehicle segment is right now.

In all likelihood you might possibly see this company starting to perform better than what it has performed in past. From that perspective likes of Subros and Pricol could be interesting companies to stay invested within the portfolio.

One could also argue for buying afresh at this current price but one will have to keep a horizon of at least two years and above. Otherwise among the front line auto ancillary space, I like companies like Bosch, Wabco and of course Bharat Forge.
