NEW DELHI: KSS Ltd (down 33.33 per cent), Prakash Steel (down 25 per cent) and Pratibha Industries (down 16.08 per cent) cracked over 15 per cent on NSE on Monday.

On the other hand, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (down 13.79 per cent), Premier Poly (down 9.94 per cent), Mangalam Timber (down 9.67 per cent), Easun Reyrolle (down 8.67 per cent), Jay Bharat Marut (down 7.16 per cent), JP Associates (down 6.53 per cent), Vishnu Chem (down 5.65 per cent) and Sun Pha Adv Res (down 5.59 per cent) declined over 5 per cent.

Equity benchmarks closed on a flat note on Monday after a choppy trade. Selling in PSU banks, auto, telecom and IT stocks kept the markets rangebound.

The Nifty50 index closed MOnday's session 9 points up at 9,989, while Sensex closed at 31,847, up by 33 points.

In the Nifty50 index, YES Bank, Tech Mahindra, Coal India, Dr Reddy's, Hindustan Unilever, IndusInd Bank and Eicher Motors stood as the top gainers.

Aurobindo Pharma, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Power Grid Corporation, GAIL, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Vedanta and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation settled as the top losers.
