Stock market update: Realty shares mixed; Oberoi Realty dips 3%

NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Wednesday's morning session.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.74 per cent down at 261.90 around 10:14 am.
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects (up 3.79 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (up 1.95 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 0.95 per cent) and Phoenix Mills (up 0.44 per cent) were the top gainers in the index.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers (down 3.28 per cent ), Oberoi Realty (down 2.83 per cent ), Godrej Properties (down 1.60 per cent ) and DLF (down 1.18 per cent ) were trading lower.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 28.25 points at 11,616.60 while the BSE Sensex was up 110.28 points at 39,074.12.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 25 were in the red.
