Stock market update: 24 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

However, Grasim Inds., NTPC, Shree Cements, Larsen & Toubro and Adani Ports SEZ were among the top losers.

NEW DELHI: Around 24 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Thursday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were ABB, ABM International, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, Indiabulls Integrated Services, Indian Card Clothing Company, MM Forgings, Orbit Exports, Punjab National Bank, Praxis Home Retail and Shoppers Stop.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 73.90 points up at 9140.45, while the BSE Sensex was trading 243.56 points up at 31062.17.


In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Infratel, Hindalco Inds., Hero MotoCorp and Asian Paints were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, Grasim Inds., NTPC, Shree Cements, Larsen & Toubro and Adani Ports SEZ were among the top losers.
