Sheela Foam OFS subscribed 5.23 times on Day 2
The issue received retail bids for 5,65,617 shares, which was 1.09 times the total size of 5,20,942 shares.

NEW DELHI: The offer for sale (OFS) by Sheela Foam received a strong response from retail investors as the OFS was subscribed 5.23 times on Day 2.
The issue received retail bids for 27,26,373 shares, which was 5.23 times the total size of 5,20,942 shares. The portion for the retail category was fixed at 10 per cent.
This strong response by the retail investors came a day after the OFS received a healthy response from non-retail investors.
On Wednesday, the OFS by Sheela Foam was subscribed 2.78 times on the first day of the issue.
The issue received bids from the non-retail category for 1.05 crore shares against the total issue size of 38 lakh shares.
Promoters Rahul Gautam and Tushaar Gautam have proposed to sell up to 8.68 per cent stake in the company.
