Share market update: Realty shares fall; Sunteck Realty slips 4%

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 26 were trading in the green, while 24 were in the red.
NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading lower in Friday's session.
Shares of Sunteck Realty (down 4.33 per cent) , DLF (down 2.61 per cent) , Godrej Properties (down 1.43 per cent) , Oberoi Realty (down -1.05 per cent) , SOBHA (down 0.53 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate (down 0.28 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.7 per cent down at 211.7 around 02:12PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 57.55 points at 10346.45, while the BSE Sensex was up 180.94 points at 35023.04.

Shares of Vodafone Idea, BHEL, Ashok Leyland, ITC, Tata Motors, UCO Bank, SBI, Indian Oil Corp and Tata Power were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
