Share market update: 53 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 53 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Friday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Adani Enterprises, AGC Networks, Akzo Nobel India, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Bajaj Finance, Cosmo Films, Granules India, IIFL Securities, HUL, Indiamart Intermesh, IPCA Laboratories, Lux Industries, United Spirits, PVR, Ruchi Soya Industries, Shankara Building Products and SRF.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 32.55 points up at 12,207.20 while the BSE Sensex was trading 94.46 points up at 41,554.25.


Overall, 35 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, YES Bank, Tata Motors, BPCL, Grasim Inds. and UPL were among the top gainers.

While Eicher Motors, ONGC, Coal India Ltd, NTPC and Dr. Reddy's Lab were trading in the red.
