Sensex rises 250 points, Nifty at 15,770; ICICI Bank, DLF gain 1% each
Domestic equity benchmarks started Tuesday's session on a strong note amid buying interest in RIL and financial stocks. The S&P BSE Sensex index rose as much as 344 points to touch 52,716.83 in the first few minutes of trade, and the broader NSE Nifty 50 benchmark climbed to as high as 15,796.25, up 104 points from its previous close.
