Sensex, Nifty hit fresh 52-week high; these stocks touch new 52-week low

NEW DELHI: The benchmark BSE Sensex surged over 130 points to regain the 29,000-mark in early trade on Thursday as investors and domestic institutions widened bets, following rally in global markets. Both BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty also hit their fresh 52-week high in early trade on Thursday.

Shares of JITF Infralogistics Ltd., DB International, Energy Deve Co, Birla Cotsyn, FCS Software, Rasoya Proteins, Raj Rayon and KSS Ltd touched their fresh 52-week low.

However, Neuland Labs, Panama Petro, Future Market, Rain Industries, GMR Infra, Balkrishna Industries, Pilani Invest, NBI Industrial Finance Company Ltd., Goldstone Infra, Cura Tech, Sharda Motor, Ajmera Realty, Maha Seamless, IG Petrochem and Agarwal Corp hit their fresh 52-week high in morning trade on NSE.

Overall, 35 were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 16 were trading in red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, UltraTech Cem., ICICI Bank, Ambuja Cements, Hero MotoCorp and Hindalco Inds were among top gainers, while Idea Cellular, Sun Pharma, BPCL, NTPC, Dr Reddys Labs and YES Bank were trading in red.
