MUMBAI: Asset Reconstruction Company (India) sold 902,389 shares of Sakthi Sugars at Rs 16.2 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

The Asset Reconstruction Company is owned by SBI, ICICI Bank, IDBI, Punjab National Bank and strategic foreign investors and has participated in several debt resolution plans.

In another transaction, Cyient Associate Stock Option bought 600,000 shares of Cyient at Rs 770 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
