Corporate Radar: NTPC to turn ex-dividend; Coal India Q1 results; AGMs, and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of City Union Bank (Re 1 per share), Divyashakti (Rs 2 per share), Kalyani Forge (Rs 3 per share), Kemp & Company (Rs 4 per share), NHPC (Re 0.5 per share), NTPC (Rs 3 per share), Sanghvi Movers (Re 1 per share), Sansera Engineering (Rs 2 per share), Standard Industries (Re 0.75 per share), The Great Eastern Shipping Company (Rs 5.4 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share), are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company (Rs 5.4 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share) had announced their interim dividends.


Coal India, Hindalco Industries, Eicher Motors, Tata Consumer Products, IRCTC, Abbott India, Patanjali Foods, Max Healthcare, Zydus Lifesciences, NHPC, Cummins and SAIL are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Abbott India, United Breweries, Zydus Lifesciences, Cummins India, The Ramco Cements, Cholamandalam Financial Holdings, Sobha, Ingersoll-Rand (India), S H Kelkar & Company, Pricol, Ramco Industries and Ramco Systems will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Monarch Networth Capital and Ram Ratna Wires will meet today to consider a bonus issue.

Also, the board of Almondz Global Securities will meet today to consider a preferential issue.
