NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday, including Q1 numbers, dividends and annual general meetings (AGMs).

Shares of Eicher Motors (Rs 21 per share), Computer Age Management Services (Rs 6.75 per share), IRB Infra (Rs 1.25 per share) Dynamic Cables (Re 0.5 per share), AVT Natural Products (Re 0.6 per share), Triveni Engineering (Rs 2 per share), BDH Industries (Rs 3.6 per share) and Compucom Software (Re 0.4 per share) will go ex-dividend today.

UPL, Bata India, Godrej Industries, Elgi Equipments, Eureka Forbes, Kennametal India, Ahluwalia Contracts, Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients, Andhra Paper, ADF Foods and Balmer Lawrie Investments will host their AGMs today.


ISGEC Heavy Engineering (Rs 2 per share), JB Chemical & Pharma (Rs 8 per share), KPIT Technologies (Rs 1.85 per share), Maan Aluminium (Re 1 per share), MAS Financial Services (Rs 1.75 per share), Motherson Sumi Wiring (Rs 0.85 per share), Rama Phosphates (Rs 0.8 per share), Samvardhana Motherson International (Rs 0.65 per share), Shree Global Tradefin (Rs 0.2 per share), Skipper (Rs 0.1 per share), Sunil Agro Foods (Rs 0.5 per share) and WPIL (Rs 10 per share) will also trade ex-dividend.

Life Insurance Corporation, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Grasim Industries, Info Edge, Divi's Laboratories, Hindustan Aeronautics, Hero Motocorp, Muthoot Finance, Astral, Power Finance Corporation, Timken India, Zee Entertainment and Sun TV are among the companies that will announce their earnings for the quarter ended June 2022.

For Sansera Engineering, Sanghvi Movers, Divyashakti and Kemp and Company, the dividend books will be closed to determine the entitled shareholders for the same.
