MUMBAI: Raisonneur Capital today sold 200,000 shares of KPI Global Infrastructure at Rs 44.3 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.
Prior to the transaction, Raisonneur Capital held a 7.5 per cent stake in the infrastructure company.
Shares of KPI Global ended 10 per cent higher at Rs. 51.7 on the BSE.
At the time of publishing, National Stock Exchange’s website had not updated the bulk and block deals data for the day.
