The Q2 earnings season kicked off last week with IT services major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announcing its results. Investors will now track the upcoming earnings announcements after the stock market snapped an eight-week losing streak last week, although multiple headwinds continue to warrant caution.
Here are the major Q2 results to track this week:
October 12 (Monday)
HCL Technologies is scheduled to announce its Q2 results, becoming the second major IT services firm to report earnings after Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). RBL Bank and ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company are also set to announce their Q2 results.

October 13 (Tuesday)
Recently listed Hero Motors will announce its first set of quarterly results on October 13 (Tuesday). Tata Elxsi, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Transformers and Rectifiers (India), and Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers are among the other notable companies set to report their September quarter earnings.
October 14 (Wednesday)
Around 25 companies are scheduled to announce their Q2 results on Wednesday. Notable names include PSU major BHEL, Groww parent Billionbrains Garage Ventures, Canara Bank, Tata Technologies, HDB Financial Services, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, Ceat, Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL).

October 15 (Thursday)
IT majors Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Persistent Systems are scheduled to announce their Q2 results on Thursday. FMCG major Nestle India and NBFC Jio Financial Services are also set to report their September quarter earnings.
Other notable companies scheduled to announce their Q2 results include Polycab India, HDFC Life, Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC), Angel One, Cyient DLM, HDFC Asset Management Company, Heritage Foods, IIFL Finance, Tata Communications, Oriental Hotels and L&T Finance.
October 16 (Friday)
LTI Mindtree, Federal Bank, Bajaj Housing Finance, Crompton Greaves and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank are among the notable companies scheduled to announce their Q2 results for the July-September quarter of FY27.
October 17 (Saturday)
Saturday will be an important day for banking investors, with four heavyweight private lenders set to announce their Q2 results: HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank.
India Cements is also scheduled to announce its September quarter earnings on October 17.
Market outlook
Relentless FII selling and global headwinds are likely to keep markets volatile in the coming week, although record buying by domestic institutional investors (DIIs) should help limit the downside, said Pabitro Mukherjee, Deputy Vice President of Research at Bajaj Broking.
Investors will closely track US and Indian inflation data, US bond yields, Brent crude prices and developments in US-Iran geopolitical tensions for cues, he added.
