DLF Q2 Results: Cons PAT jumps 122% YoY to Rs 1,381 crore, revenue surges by 46%
DLF reported a 122% YoY jump in net profit to Rs 1,381 crore in Q2FY25. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1975 crore, up 46% YoY. On a sequential basis, net profit was up by 114% and revenue grew by 45%.

On a sequential basis, the net profit was up by 114% in the reporting quarter versus Rs 646 crore reported in the year ago period. Meanwhile, the revenue from operations grew by 45% in Q2FY25 as against Rs 1362.35 crore in the April-June quarter of FY25.
The Gurugram-based realtor reported total expenses in the quarter at Rs 1,604 crore which was up from Rs 1,012 crore in the year ago period. The total expenses incurred were also higher on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 1,272 crore in Q1FY25.
On a standalone basis, PAT was reported at Rs 192.36 crore which was higher from Rs 169.21 crore reported in the year ago period. It was a 14% YoY gain.
Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 904 crore which was up 30% from Rs 695 crore.
The earnings were announced after market hours and DLF shares ended at Rs 777.70 on the NSE, falling by Rs 23.70 or 2.96% over the previous closing price.
