US dollar ends lower against rupee

MUMBAI: The US dollar ended lower against the rupee at Rs 55.18/19 per dollar and the Pound Sterling also turned lower at Rs 86.63/65 per pound at the lose of the Interbank Foreign Exchange Market ( Forex) here today.
