What should a company focus on especially in this hybrid work environment?
Culture is something which is very unique to a company. And I think a company absolutely has to focus on building its culture, especially in the hybrid environment where it becomes even more challenging. But it is very important to ensure that these young kids who are joining your company are not just seeing you on Zoom but are able to meet each other or are able to build that, connect with each other. So we are strongly recommending a hybrid model to the industry and not full remote or not full in person which will allow companies to figure out how to build culture with these young employees who are joining.
