He has his own algorithm based research models, and applies fundamental and technical analysis. Apart from stocks, he has deep expertise in derivatives, especially option selling and creating stable derivative strategies for positional trading. He uses index and stock derivatives as a business (and not speculation), to create an alternative source of income for clients. Like a business strategist, he likes to take the maximum out of every trade, balancing the risk.
His association with the stock market has been there since childhood, wherein he has seen his father and grandfather investing in the market. During his graduation, he seriously started looking at the market, with a purely fundamental approach. Post his MBA, he got introduced to Technical Analysis, mainly Elliott waves and indicators. This was more of the second phase of his market exposure which began in 2012. He concentrated more on technical analysis learning, and dabbled for a couple of years using technical analysis, but there was no concrete process. By the end of 2013, I realized that there has to be a system, a well-defined process by which I have to approach the market. These systems included derivatives.
From 2014 onwards, he stuck to a disciplined approach, derivative strategies and a trading system, and followed the same till 2018. This gave him confidence to go full time into his passion. Ever since then, fortunately, things have worked well for him, in his entrepreneurial journey.
