You can now get the Apple iPhone 5s for Rs 1,999 and iPhone 7 for Rs 37,000! Here's how

NEW DELHI: Here's your chance to buy an Apple iPhone for as low as Rs 2,000. Flipkart, the popular e-commerce website, is giving an exchange discount of up to Rs 16,000 on iPhone 5s available for Rs 17,999. This essentially brings the price to Rs 1,999. The offer is available on both Space Gray and Silver models with 16GB inbuilt storage.
Incidentally, Apple has just rolled out the latest version of iOS, iOS 10.3, which comes to iPhone 5S too. In fact, it will be available on the company's one previous-generation smartphone, iPhone 5, as well. This also means that iPhone 5S will be getting latest version of Apple's OS for at least one more year.
In addition, the Apple iPhone 6 (Space Gray, 16GB) model is listed at Rs 26,490 (after a flat discount of Rs 10,500) on the website. Flipkart is also offering an exchange discount of Rs 16,000 on the smartphone.
The latest-generation Apple iPhone -- iPhone 7 (Black, 32GB), which is listed at Rs 57,000, is also available at an exchange discount of up to Rs 20,000, which when applied, will bring the price tag to Rs 37,000. Similar offer is also available in Gold (32GB) model, Jet Black (128GB) model and Rose Gold (128GB) model.
The website is also offering flat 5% discount on the iPhone 7 Plus along with exchange offer of up to Rs 20,000.
On a related note, Apple recently launched the PRODUCT RED Special Editions of its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones, along with a new 9.7-inch iPad model. The special edition iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be available from Apple's authorized resellers in 128GB and 256GB internal storage variants, at a starting price of Rs 70,000 and Rs 82,000 respectively. The handsets will be available in select countries beginning March 24, and will reach India in April.
Apple has also updated the iPhone SE smartphone with new internal storage - 32GB and 128GB, with price starting at Rs 27,200. Until now, the smartphone was available in 16GB and 64GB internal storage options.
