Celebrity nutritionist Nmami Agarwal, who ensured a healthy diet for Miss World Manushi Chillar, shares a nutritional recipe for pateints. This easy to make snack will keep you full and healthy.

Avocado-Egg Sandwich


Ingredients:
Eggs (hard-boiled and chopped): 2
Avocado (ripe and peeled): 1
Plain yoghurt: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Onion (small and diced): 1
Mustard sauce: 1/4 tsp
Whole-wheat bread slices: 2
Salt and pepper: As per taste

Methods:
- In a bowl, add the ingredients - eggs, avocados, greek yogurt, lemon juice, onion and mustard sauces. Mix them well with fork and mask until you have the uniform desired consistency.
- Season them with black pepper and salt, and mix it, thoroughly.

- Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat bread, and apply uniformly.
- Serve it with a yogurt - oregano dip.
