He believes that business performance acceleration can be easily achieved if entrepreneurs create a system driven business model and build a warrior mindset. In his upcoming book 'Your Mind is Your Enemy', Parekh shares how exactly to build a super performer mindset. Excerpts from an interview:

What are the challenges faced by most entrepreneurs ?

Every entrepreneur wants that his venture should generate enormous wealth and eventually self-sustain. After interacting with more than 3,000 entrepreneurs across the country, I realised that most of them are putting their money and energy behind building their dream businesses and are hoping to make it big one day. But the reality is that most of them are unable to scale up.

This is because their businesses are not system-driven. Rather everything revolves around them. They try and manage/lead all business functions themselves, causing them to be overworked and grossly ineffective.

How are you helping entrepreneurs?
Entrepreneurs are unhappy about the fruits of their business but rarely work on the root of the problem. They often choose a self-destructive path of being a firefighter and crisis solver, thus causing them to be completely ineffective in being a business leader. They need to learn to move away from a person-driven approach and build a system-driven business model. Based on my experience of several years, I have created a simple system, helping entrepreneurs to move from ‘existing to excelling’ in the world of business. Build to last is simple but not easy, requiring knowledge of creating business systems, processes and powerful strategies.
