Why Sachin Tendulkar won't be able to reserve his favourite table at Zodiac Grill anymore

Every constellation is made of up stars and the Zodiac Grill, that pioneer of fine dining in Mumbai, has had as its patrons a hearty helping of some of the biggest luminaries in the country. But even among the galaxy of personalities who sat at its tables, certain eminences shone out.

Now as the restaurant, with its twinkling lights and zodiac sign dotted signature dome, prepares to take its final order, some of these personalities are bound to be missed.

One such is the man who always asked for table number 10. Sachin Tendulkar, who reserved the same table, was a regular, ordering his favourites, Camembert Dariole and Gri lled Chicken. Trivia hunters and star gazers please note: Bat in hand or fork in it, the master blaster makes sure that number 10 is reserved for him.
