Taking to his Twitter handle, the 63-year-old asked his 1.6 million followers why are we afraid to step outside our comfort zone, even though we know life begins at the end of it.
Pondering over the thought further, he went on to add that it is probably "because being inside our comfort zone minimizes stress and anxiety."
"This makes it easy to never push boundaries, because it’s comfy inside our little safety bubble, right?," Goenka concluded.
