'Why don't we step out of our comfort zone?': Harsh Goenka's Tuesday musings

Living in one's comfort zone is an easy task, but if you're aiming for the sky, it is important to step out of it, no matter how hard. This is the belief RPG Enterprises Chairman Harsh Goenka propagated on Tuesday.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the 63-year-old asked his 1.6 million followers why are we afraid to step outside our comfort zone, even though we know life begins at the end of it.

Pondering over the thought further, he went on to add that it is probably "because being inside our comfort zone minimizes stress and anxiety."


"This makes it easy to never push boundaries, because it’s comfy inside our little safety bubble, right?," Goenka concluded.


A day earlier, the avid art collector - who leads the $3.8 billion-worth RPG Group, had shared a view of his sea-facing, personal cricket pitch, jokingly telling IPL owners that he was available to play for any team free of cost, as long as two of his requests were fulfilled.

The first one being, that the game is be played with a tennis ball, and the second that he be allowed a runner after scoring 50 runs.
