When Freecharge's Kunal Shah had to choose between a new house and a new venture
Despite the bleak picture that Kunal Shah painted, he let slip that it was his boss who ended up becoming his co-founder at Freecharge.

However, what led him to chuck his employee status and start his own venture was paying off his home loan. Shah then contemplated investing in another house. "I was thinking whether I wanted to go for a bigger house or jump into entrepreneurship. If I had taken another EMI (home loan), it would have gone on for eight to 10 years," said Shah, "So, I thought instead of a house, (to) do entrepreneurship. I was 28-29. I think I should have started early." It's never too late to start.
