The conference will start with a keynote from Apple's CEO, Tim Cook, who is also expected to address Apple's latest developments in the artificial intelligence market.
The Worldwide Developer's Conference (WWDC) scheduled to take place today could very much be Apple's biggest event in years as the tech giant gears up to unveil its new product, a mixed-reality headsets.
The AR/VR headsets have been in the making at the Apple headquarters for years now and could possibly be the iPhone-maker's major announcement since the launch of Apple Watch in 2015.
But that's not it. At this year's developer's conference, the iPhone-maker is also expected to introduce its latest operating system update for iOS, iPadOS, MacOS and WatchOS.
The WWDC 2023, which kicks off from Monday (June 5) at 10.30 pm IST, will go on till June 9 where Apple will also give developers, students and tech enthusiasts a glimpse into its future roadmap in terms of new software tech and hardware developments.
The conference will start with a keynote from Apple's CEO, Tim Cook, who is also expected to address Apple's latest developments in the artificial intelligence market. The keynote speech is expected to be a pre-recorded video presenting glimpses from Apple Park with several appearances from Apple executives and engineers.

What Is Expected: Apple is expected to introduce its brand new 15-inch MacBook Air, new iOS 17 along with other software updates for its devices and the much-awaited mixed-reality headsets rumoured to be called 'Realty Pro'. While WWDC 2023 will only be a platform for announcements, the speculated updates and devices will hit the tech market by the end of this year.
Free for all developers, WWDC23 will also take place in an online format. Throughout the week, developers will be able to connect directly with Apple engineers and experts through one-on-one labs and activities in Slack for guidance on building innovative and platform-differentiating apps and games, said Apple.
"Featuring 175 in-depth session videos, WWDC23 brings together the latest tools and technologies to give developers the chance to learn how they can create the next generation of apps and games," Apple added.
In addition to session videos and one-on-one labs, Apple engineers and designers will host activities all week online in Slack to help developers engage in technical discussions, get answers to their questions, and connect with each other.
