Just three ingredients mango dessert for a healthy treat
Yasmin's recipe is simple and doesn't require any complicated preparation. It combines two cups of ripe mango, one cup of shredded coconut and two tablespoons of Greek yoghurt. She said the mango provides Vitamin C, while the shredded coconut adds healthy fats and fibre.For the yoghurt, Yasmin revealed that she used a lactose-free, high-protein Greek yoghurt, stating that it is also gut-friendly. The combination creates a creamy mixture that can be shaped into laddoos without using a long list of ingredients.
Once the ingredients are mixed together, Yasmin recommends refrigerating the laddoos for about two hours until they are firm enough to serve. She described the recipe as an easy dessert that anyone can prepare at home.
