Virtual meetings, collaborating on ideas keep JobsForHer founder busy during extended lockdown

Fitness enthusiast Neha Bagaria can't do without her Fitbit.
Neha Bagaria, Founder and CEO of JobsForHer, has been working remotely, just like the rest of us.

The job portal boss revealed that she prefers using Zoom and Google Hangouts for virtual meetings and catching up with her colleagues. "If I am looking to collaborate a document, nothing could be better than using a Google Drive," he told ETPanache.

The top boss also likes to use Trello, the Kanban-style list-making application. She said that her team has to work collaboratively on ideas and the web-based application ensures effective coordination and compilations for project reports and documents.


Bagaria reads books to make the most of her leisure time at home during this extended lockdown.

"I prefer reading books such as 'The Hard Thing About Hard Things' by Ben Horowitz, and 'Zero to One' by Blake Masters and Peter Thiel. For the start-up founder, I recommend 'The Lean Startup' by Eric Ries which give give entrepreneurs some great insights about handling their businesses," she shared.

Bagaria is a fitness enthusiast, and cannot do without her Fitbit. "I keep checking it. I also use iPad to stay connected with things," she stressed.
