Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are gearing up for the release of their much-awaited film Ranabaali. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the Telugu period action drama is scheduled to hit theatres on October 16. Ahead of the release, the actors visited Tirumala to offer prayers to Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy. Away from their film commitments, their home in Hyderabad also grabs attention for its modern interiors, indoor plants and collection of artwork.

Located in the upscale Jubilee Hills neighbourhood, the luxurious residence is estimated to be worth around Rs 20 crore, including its interiors and other design details, according to Magicbricks. Vijay has been associated with the Jubilee Hills property for years and has lived there with his parents and younger brother, actor Anand Deverakonda. Reports following Vijay and Rashmika’s wedding in February 2026 stated that the couple are now residing at the Hyderabad home.



The property shows Vijay’s journey in the Telugu film industry, where he rose to wider recognition with films such as Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy. The latter, in particular, became a major turning point in his career and continues to have a place in the decor of his home.
