Vicky Ratnani gets the 'Chef of the Year' award

Franchise India and Zomato recently organised the Indian Restaurant Awards 2015 at Hotel Claridges in New Delhi. Star chef Vicky Ratnani was announced as the Chef of the Year.

Vicky told ET Panache, "I feel very touched and proud to receive this award. It is a drive and motivation for me to work harder and strive for more."

Masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor was the Chief Guest for the occasion and the ceremony also witnessed an entertaining performance by Mansi Scott. There were 26 award categories spanning across different verticals.
