Varun Gupta follows a simple 3-step guide to remain fit
Gupta is the founder of Leap India Institute, and Director-CFO at India Steel Works Ltd & Isinox Limited.

Being the head honcho of a conglomerate may leave one with little time for fitness. But for Varun Gupta carving time out to stay fit is a vital part of his routine. To add a dash of fun to his fitness regimen, he prefers meeting his band of boys for a game of football twice a week. “I am a huge fan of the sport. We play every Wednesday. My friends and I take our club and practice seriously,” Gupta says.

FITNESS TIPS:
- You're never to tired to work out
It doesn’t matter how hard you’ve worked through the day. Exercising doesn’t burn you out. In fact, it’s an energiser.
- Eat right to stay healthy
- Pick a sport
Select a sport that excites you and make it a part of your routine.

The young scion often hits the gym to improve his skills on the field. “I try and include at least an hour a day towards fitness. It helps me improve my football skills,” he says.
For Gupta, health is the most important asset one must pay attention to. “In today’s fast-paced world driven by technology and multiple other distractions, we have to remember that the greatest boon we have is our health. We must pay as much attention to our health and well-being as we pay to our business and livelihood,” he says.
