Yuuka introduces the city to Uni — the edible part of the spiky Sea Urchin. Dubbed as the ‘foie gras of the East”, uni has a light, sweet, and briny flavour and is creamy and rich. Sourced from Hokkaido, the chefs will serve Nama (fresh) Uni two ways — the classic sashimi or as a portion of sushi. The delicacy is priced at Rs 1,250 for a portion of sashimi or sushi.
