Parle's Angels: When the Chauhan sisters describe each other

They’re a trio to reckon with and they can’t do without each other. The Chauhan sisters, Schauna, Alisha and Nadia, of the Parle Agro group, in a conversation with ETPanache, try describing each other — in three words. Schauna says of Alisha, “She’s gentle, kind and too trusting.” “She’s strong, loyal and too non-trusting!” comes Alisha’s witty reply.

Nadia, who Schauna calls a visionary, is more expressive. “Alisha is my calm; she’s really fun and adventurous. Schauna is my goto person. And she’s the most fun. She can even compete with the kids as far as fun goes. If we go to an amusement park, you see her without the pearls and the office clothing but in her track pants, tee and sneakers. She’s all for fun. She’s a super mom too.”

As Nadia continues to talk, Schauna, who the sisters say is famous for telling them to pull it together, jokes, “Nadia, it was supposed to be three words.”.
