Through a cryptic tweet, Vijay Deverakonda reacts to wedding rumours with Rashmika Mandanna

South star Vijay Deverakonda who has been making waves across India with his upcoming ‘Liger’ is back in the news. However, this time a cryptic tweet from the 32-year-old actor is making headlines.

The tweet shared by the actor on Monday is reportedly his response to a recent bout of rumours about his wedding to co-star and friend Rashmika Mandanna.

In his short tweet, the actor exclaimed, “As usual nonsense..Don’t we just

(heart emoji)da news! The ‘Arjun Reddy’ star's rhetoric on news has been construed as his response to the rumours.
However, there is no clarity if the tweet is directly related to the rumours of his wedding. Neither Deverakonda nor Mandanna has confirmed any of the developments in recent times. However, the actors have maintained that they are good friends. Both stars have appeared in superhit Telugu films like ‘Dear Comrade’ and ‘Geetha Govindam’.

On the work front, Deverakonda is gearing up for the release of ‘Liger’ directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film which is shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi will have Ananya Panday as the female lead. The movie also stars Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishna and a special appearance by Mike Tyson. ‘Liger’ will reportedly be released on August 25, 2022.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna is basking in the roaring success of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ where she was paired opposite superstar Allu Arjun.

Mandanna will be next seen in ‘Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu’, which will release on February 25. The actress will also be seen in ‘Mission Majnu’ with Sidharth Malhotra and ‘Goodbye’ with Amitabh Bachchan.
