New summer menu The Fatty Bao has introduced its new menu anchored in fresh Asian flavours. It offers a selection of new dim sums such as Minced Vegetables & Water Chestnut, Curried Crab Meat & Tobiko and baos such as the Five Spiced Chicken Katsu Bao and the Roast Duck Bao. They've also got refreshing new salads, including a Seafood Salad with Pomelo. For mains, the Black Pepper Crab soft shell crab cooked in Singaporean black pepper sauce -is a must-try. You can end your meal with their new desserts, Warm Fig & Candied Ginger Pudding and seasonal Mango Panna Cotta. This place gets packed even on a weekday, so make sure to book a table.
