Crystal HR, a fast-growing Human Resource (HR) software product company in South India, forays into Karnataka’s HR Management (HRM) solutions market, by launching Wallet HR, its flagship end-to-end HRM software. The company aims to become one among the top three HR product companies in Karnataka by 2020.
Offered as a web, mobile, and cloud-based solution, Wallet HR is a Software As A Service (SaaS) product. It helps organisations manage recruitments; and carry out over 20 other HR functions such as attendance, payroll, performance appraisals, leave, grievance, HR analysis, and exit management.
Commenting about the company’s entry into Karnataka, R S Raman, MD, Crystal HR, said, “Wallet HR has a growing customer base in Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. Our solutions process HR data and operations of over 1,00,000 employees of our customer organisations in these states. We are expanding to Karnataka to help organisations here make the digital transformation of every conceivable human resource operation.”
Swetha Raman, Director, Crystal HR, said, “Our strength lies in our domain knowledge, and domain focus. Our product scores over other competing Indian and global HR solutions on many counts, including: User-friendly design, extensive coverage of HR processes, and capability to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise applications.”
Wallet HR is also preferred for the simplification of steps required for adopting ever changing legal and tax policies, and the ability to manage attendance and tasks involving geographically-distributed teams. The software automatically configures the statutory requirements pertaining to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax. Customers can configure any complex payroll models with just three easy steps.
The solution can also be used for other related HR functions like Task Management, and Travel Management. Currently Crystal HR is in expansion mode. It is planning to sell equity stakes to strategic investors and partners to raise funds for its expansion. The company is already in talks with a few fund houses in this regard.

His mother was a former ballet dancer and air hostess, and father was a barrister. Before hitting the success button with his magazine 'Student', Branson had two failed business attempts at growing Christmas tress and sell budgerigars. But, that did not deter him from trying again and he's never looked back ever since the launch of the magazine, 'Student'. Branson went on to build the Virgin empire.
