Thalapathy Vijay's first-look from 'Thalapathy 66' wins over fans, makers to reveal more details ahead of actor's 48th birthday

The actor who was seen last in ‘Beast’ by film-maker Nelson Dilipkumar is all set for his next project. While ‘Beast’ garnered mixed reviews and failed to cast an impression on the audience, Vijay is gearing up to dominate the box-office with his next venture. Tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 66’ is expected to bring back the superstar in his full vigour.
Ahead of the actor’s 48th birthday on June 22, much to the joy of his legions of fans, the makers of ‘Thalapathy 66’ has dropped major details about the film. The actor has reportedly wrapped the first schedule of the film.
Sri Venkateshwara Creations, which is producing the film, has launched the official first-look poster of the film. In the stylish monochrome poster, the superstar is seen sporting a backpack. “Arrival June 21, 18:01,” read the poster hinting that the production house may share major details on the said date.
