Tendulkar enjoys retirement, wife Anjali goes back to studying

The bat is in the background and the stethoscope is out in Sachin Tendulkar’s home. Reportedly, his doctor wife Anjali Tendulkar has gone back to studying. According to a source, the paediatrician has been exploring academic courses or doing some practical work in the UK and in Mumbai’s Sion Hospital.

Anjali famously put her ambitions on hold while her husband built an illustrious cricket career. Now that he has retired and their children are grown up, she is free to follow her heart.
