Now, the makers have confirmed that the film will make its OTT debut on Amazon Prime Video on March 3, 2026, bringing the story of Tanvi to a wider audience at home. Anupam Kher, who co-wrote and directed the film, described it as an undertaking “made with belief,” emphasizing bravery, kindness, and the idea that being unique does not mean being less. He added that the film now “belongs to the audience” after months of festival screenings and theatrical runs, encouraging families to watch the story together.
About Tanvi and Her Journey
The film stars debutante Shubhangi Dutt as Tanvi, a young woman growing up in Lansdowne with her grandfather, Colonel Pratap Raina (played by Kher), and her mother Vidya (Pallavi Joshi). Tanvi is determined to complete her late father Captain Samar Raina’s (Karan Tacker) dream of saluting the national flag atop Siachen Glacier.
