She admitted she doesn’t fully know how she survived nine years in the industry, but credited her fans for helping her stay grounded and hopeful.

The year 2025 turned out to be a defining chapter in Rashmika’s career. In less than 11 months, she appeared in six films across languages. Five of those films were met with positive reviews and impressive box-office performances, underlining her growing credibility as a pan-India star. The only exception was Salman Khan’s Sikandar, which failed to click with both critics and audiences.

Her winning run had actually begun earlier, with Pushpa 2: The Rule, where she starred alongside Allu Arjun. The film went on to become a massive commercial success and now ranks among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. That momentum continued in February 2025 with Chhaava, co-starring Vicky Kaushal and Akshaye Khanna, which emerged as the biggest Bollywood hit of the year.

Rashmika also earned critical appreciation for Kuberaa, sharing screen space with Dhanush and Nagarjuna. Reviewers praised her for holding her own in a powerful ensemble and for pushing herself as a performer.
