I enjoy reading about history and, once in a while, glance through my children’s text books to understand what they are learning. I also watch insightful documentaries on flights.”

“Staying one step ahead in the corporate world requires you to always think on your feet. So, my mantra for a calmer, well-balanced self is prayer. I pray regularly. While I don’t have a definite time to pray, I make sure I do it every day. I go to my gurudwara at home every morning before I leave for work. Meditation is also a must. I meditate for a few minutes after yoga each morning, and it’s never enough.”

“Mornings are ‘me’ time. I work out for a minimum of five days a week. It’s Yoga on most days. When I travel, I either run outdoors or swim. Once a week, I try and get a high-intensity workout into my schedule, and, finally, I play polo on most weekends in addition to my regular workout. It’s important to eat healthy and get enough sleep. How much I workout would mean nothing if I didn’t eat well. I have three meals a day with very little snacking in between. On an ideal day, I eat dinner at 7pm. I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours for three days in a week. I drink a lot of water. I have very few cheat days and they are mostly while on holiday with the kids.”
