Sonam Kapoor's lockdown birthday is all about balloons & flowers with a digital surprise from hubby
The actress returned to Mumbai from Delhi a day before her birthday.

NEW DELHI: Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja had a special lockdown birthday planned for her as she turned 35 today. The 'Aisha' star returned to Mumbai on Monday for her birthday after spending two months of lockdown at her in-laws' place in Delhi.
As the authorities have restricted gathering of a large number of people amidst the coronavirus-induced lockdown, the Kapoor family decided to keep the celebrations intimate, but grand nevertheless.
The theme of Mrs Ahuja's birthday celebration was pink, bling, balloons and a lot of flowers. The actress cut four different kinds of cake, one of which was baked by famous pastry chef Pooja Dhingra.

Pink & bling was the theme of the celebration. (Image: Instagram Story/@sonamkapoor) Kapoor also took to Instagram to call her husband a 'blessing' on her birthday. "The best best husband in the world, who gives me everything that I truly need," her caption read.
To make the quarantine birthday even more special, Ahuja photoshopped faces of Kapoor's friends together on a white frame. Calling it the 'Quarantine photoshoot', he said that all her friends came together for the shoot with the birthday girl.
Last month, Sonam and Anand celebrated their wedding anniversary at their home in Delhi.
