Smriti Irani's Amethi victory took the entire nation by surprise. While her friends and followers in the industry hailed the historic win, haters continued to question the possibility of a non-Gandhi MP from the constituency. However, the amount of love showered by Irani's BFF, television and film producer Ekta Kapoor, has no match. Her high-on-love congratulatory tweet garnered thousands of likes and retweets.
Now, the 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' collaborators took a 14-km trek to Mumbai's Siddhi Vinayak Temple; the newly-elected MP walked barefoot. The duo was also accompanied by Kapoor's son Ravie.
